- If you have something you want to discuss with your partner, asking "Is now a good time to talk?' can make a BIG difference. It gives the other person a "heads up" that you want their undivided attention, that this is important to you, that you want them to really listen to you.
It also shows that you are respectful of their time and are not assuming that they are available on your schedule.

About the workshop

This educational workshop is based on Dr Hendrix's work.

The workshop is designed to offer a confidential and relaxed environment for learning and growth. You will work individually and with your partner. ​
Couples will be well supported by Francis Borg (certified Imago therapist and couples workshop presenter).

Meet the Presenter: Francis Borg
I am an Advanced Imago Therapist and Connected Parents Thriving Kids workshop presenter and "Getting The Love You Want" couples workshop presenter. I am passionate about the theory of Imago and especially that it makes sense of the influence of the childhood experience on the now adults relationships. Imago theory then goes one better it has proven tools and processes to help the couple realise the relationship they so desire.
Francis is in Private Practice based in Boondall, and for the past 8 years works mostly with couples..
Francis completed her couples workshop presenters training in South Africa with MASTER trainer Maya Kollman, and SA trainers Kobus Van der and Michelle Naude. Previously Francis has worked in the private and public sector (as an Registered Nurse, Midwife, Pastoral Carer and Chaplain completing a Masters in Social Science Majoring in Counselling in 2006), for over 40 years and brings her experience and insight to the human experience to her counselling practice. Francis is passionate about the Imago relationship theory and process as a means to helping couples, individuals and families heal and grow their relationship because "your partner is your greatest gift".

Francis is married to Ian, they will celebrate 38 years of married life in 2000, they have 6 children and 11 grandchildren. Francis is a keen gardener and a traveller.
